Our team has insightful and in-depth technical and socio- political knowledge and understanding of past and ongoing local strengthening efforts in Zambia and Swaziland.
Over the past 10 years, I have had the good fortune of starting and growing an organization that setup and implemented development projects in four countries – eSwatini, Lesotho, South Africa, and Zambia. Working together with amazing and exceptional colleagues, I have honed my experience as a manager and leader in the areas of health systems strengthening, including policy development, financial, human resources, and contracts management. I have managed medium to large multi-country projects, funded by USAID, the World bank and CDC with an average annual value of $3million and country teams of more than 20 technical and administrative personnel.
