Bio
Over the past 10 years, I have had the good fortune of starting and growing an organization that setup and implemented development projects in four countries – eSwatini, Lesotho, South Africa, and Zambia. Working together with amazing and exceptional colleagues, I have honed my experience as a manager and leader in the areas of health systems strengthening, including policy development, financial, human resources, and contracts management. I have managed medium to large multi-country projects, funded by USAID, the World bank and CDC with an average annual value of $3million and country teams of more than 20 technical and administrative personnel.

When asked what he likes the most about IHM Pulak stated “I like the freedom of thinking and the opportunity to do work differently. Not only that, I also admire the continued encouragement from the CEO to achieve new skills.” One exciting project Pulak participated in took place in 2017 where him and his team developed CMIS v.2.0 EHR for the Kingdom of eSwatini . With a short deadline and limited resource IHM successfully delivered and implemented that project. During that time the team work and the continuous support from other departments gave Pulak an extraordinary feeling when they successfully handed over the project to the MoH.
